Bali Sky Adventure is an independent air-adventure concierge and booking desk run by Juara Holding Group, a Bali and Labuan Bajo company established in 2015. The desk does not fly anything: it holds no aircraft, no boats, no pilots and no launch site. What it does is compare the operators, check the season and the published eligibility rules, request the quotation, and confirm the flight in writing with the licensed operator whose name appears on that quotation.
That independence matters in a market where marketplaces file parasailing under paragliding and resellers advertise flight lengths no operator publishes. Every aerial operator in Bali sets its own limits, and they differ from a cliff launch to a tow boat to a helicopter cabin. The desk checks your group against the figures each operator or its marketplace listing publishes — these are the ones on record as of September 2026:
If someone in your group falls outside a limit, the desk swaps the activity rather than the day: a heavier guest who cannot paraglide may still fit a parasail tandem under Wira's 150 kg ceiling or a helicopter seat inside the cabin payload, and younger children below a cliff-launch minimum can ride the tethered balloon at Tanah Gajah, which admits guests aged 3–70. Where every published limit is exceeded, the desk says so plainly.
There is no single tariff for the sky. Paragliding and parasailing operators publish per-person prices, one helicopter operator publishes per-seat prices, and seaplane and jet flights are quoted per aircraft. Bali's aerial map is compact: almost every activity starts in the south of the island, from the Bukit Peninsula cliffs to the Tanjung Benoa lagoon and the general-aviation apron at Ngurah Rai, with the tethered balloon inland at Ubud.
All tourist tandem paragliding is flown on the Bukit Peninsula in Kuta Selatan: Timbis, Gunung Payung, Pandawa and Tanah Barak in Desa Kutuh, Gunung Riug above Sawangan, and the Uluwatu cliffs at Pecatu. The FASI flysite record lists Timbis at 70 m above sea level with 100 m from launch to landing, flown on south to south-west wind from April to October; per operator season notes, the west-facing Uluwatu cliffs take over from October or November to March. Flights run in the afternoon sea-breeze window, with operator hours clustered between 11:00 or 12:00 and 17:00.
Pickup: Timbis publishes free pickup around Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu (timbis.com, Sep 2026); its Klook listing adds Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Denpasar and Sanur free, with IDR 300,000 per car from Canggu and IDR 600,000 from Ubud, Gianyar, Tabanan or Tanah Lot (Sep 2026). The desk times the car so you arrive inside the operator's window, not before it opens.
Parasailing happens only at Tanjung Benoa, a calm reef lagoon in Kuta Selatan about ten minutes from Nusa Dua, with operators along Jl. Pratama; the tide recedes after noon, so the working window is the morning, roughly 08:00 or 09:00 to 12:00. Helicopters lift from private heliports rather than the airport — Benoa Heliport in Denpasar Selatan, the Nusa Dua Selatan site at Sawangan and the Melasti Beach road heliport in Ungasan — with Balicopter open daily 08:00–18:00 and a last flight at 17:00. Seaplanes and private jets use Ngurah Rai (DPS/WADD), where a southern general-aviation apron with its own access gate and the ExecuJet FBO, operating since October 2013, handle the movements.
Check-in rules differ: Balicopter asks passengers to arrive 20 minutes early for the mandatory aviation-authority briefing; Fly Bali sets check-in at 45 minutes before departure and takes bookings at least 72 hours ahead (operator policies, Sep 2026). The desk writes these into your pickup time so no slot is lost to traffic.
Aerial slots are weather-locked and, for paragliding, tied to an afternoon wind window that does not wait. A late car costs the flight, not just the time. Three ways to arrive, in the order the desk recommends:
