Why do we collect this information?
Bali Sky Adventure is an independent concierge and coordination desk. We do not operate helicopters, seaplanes, paragliders or private jets ourselves, and as of September 2026 we hold no Air Operator Certificate, employ no pilots, and have no exclusive operator agreements. Every activity booked through this site is performed by a separately licensed party — a paragliding unit on the Bukit Peninsula, a parasailing operator at Tanjung Benoa, a helicopter charter departing Benoa Heliport or Nusa Dua Selatan, or a seaplane or jet operator flying under its own Air Operator Certificate. We collect your details so we can pass an accurate request to that operator, obtain a genuine quote, and confirm the booking on your behalf.
Who do we share your information with?
Only the operator or transfer provider directly involved in fulfilling your request receives your details, and only the specific fields that operator needs. A helicopter operator, for instance, does not receive a health declaration collected for a separate paragliding enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to marketing companies, data brokers or unrelated third parties. If Indonesian authorities lawfully require booking records for an aviation clearance or safety review, we disclose only what is legally compelled and nothing beyond it.
How long do we keep your data?
We retain enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to complete your trip and handle any post-trip question, refund or complaint, then for a limited period afterward for our own accounting and dispute records — typically up to 24 months from your last contact, unless Indonesian tax or aviation record-keeping rules require a specific transaction to be kept longer. After that window closes, we delete or anonymize the record. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any point; see “What are your rights” below.
What channels do we use, and how secure are they?
We communicate primarily through WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) and email (bd@juaraholding.com). WhatsApp encrypts messages in transit under its own platform security, but a WhatsApp chat is not the same as a dedicated secure booking portal — please avoid sending full card numbers or scanned passport photos over WhatsApp unless a verified operator channel specifically requests it for a charter clearance process. Standard email is not end-to-end encrypted either; treat sensitive documents with the same caution.
Do you use cookies and analytics?
baliskyadventure.com runs standard website analytics — visit counts, pages viewed, approximate location by country — to see which pages are useful and to catch broken links. This does not identify you personally unless you have also messaged us directly through the site. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers that build a profile of you across other websites. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, though a few preference-remembering features may stop functioning.

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, UU PDP No. 27/2022, you have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing that lacks a legitimate purpose. If you are contacting us from the European Economic Area, we additionally honor GDPR-style rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability on request, even though Indonesian law remains our primary governing framework as an Indonesia-based desk.
What about minors?
Some activities, including parasailing and tandem paragliding, accept younger participants under an accompanying adult’s booking, subject to each operator’s own age and weight rules (for example, Tanjung Benoa parasailing operators commonly set a minimum age around 7-8 years). We do not knowingly collect data directly from a child without a parent or guardian arranging the booking on their behalf.
Booking and liability, in plain terms
Because Bali Sky Adventure is a booking-request desk rather than the operator performing your activity, the safety briefing, insurance terms, weather-cancellation policy and final go/no-go call for any flight or water activity belong to the licensed operator, not to us. We pass along operator-stated terms as accurately as we can at the time of your enquiry, but prices, availability and weather-dependent schedules can change; always confirm final details with the operator or with us before you travel.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever our data practices change or Indonesian or international privacy rules require it. The version in effect is the one dated below; if it has been a while since you last visited, check the date before sending sensitive information.
