Bali Sky Adventure Disclaimer

6 min read · Updated 18 Sep 2026

Bali Sky Adventure (baliskyadventure.com) is an independent booking and information desk, not an aircraft, paraglider, parasail boat or balloon operator. Every price, duration, age limit and route named on this site comes from the operator or OTA listing credited beside it, dated as of 2026, and can change without notice before you fly.

This page sets out what that means: who we are, where our numbers come from, what risks you accept, how we handle personal data, and how to reach us with a correction.

What Does This Disclaimer Cover?

It applies to every page on baliskyadventure.com — paragliding, parasailing, helicopter, seaplane, tethered-balloon, private-jet and skydiving-waiting-list content, plus any comparison guide or package page. It does not cover sibling sites we link out to for activity-level detail, such as baliparaglidings.com or parasailingbali.com — each carries its own disclaimer.

Is Bali Sky Adventure the Operator?

No. Bali Sky Adventure is run by Juara Holding Group (JHG), an independent coordination desk established in 2015. As of September 2026, JHG holds no Air Operator Certificate, employs no pilots, and has no exclusive agreement with any operator named on this site — including Timbis Paragliding Bali, Bali Paragliding Tours, tanjungbenoa.co.id, Wira Water Sports, SGi Air Bali, Balicopter, Fly Bali, Santai Seaplane, ExecuJet and Tanah Gajah. We pass your request to a licensed partner who confirms the flight directly; that partner’s own terms, waiver and pilot-in-command decisions govern the activity, not a contract issued by JHG.

FASI, DGCA under Kementerian Perhubungan and the airport operator are named for reference only. We do not represent them, and this is not a government publication.

Where Do the Prices and Figures Come From?

Every figure below is operator-published or an OTA “from” price, current as of September 2026 and subject to change without notice. None of it is a confirmed quote until the named partner accepts your booking.

Activity Source Published figure
Tandem paragliding Timbis Paragliding Bali (Desa Adat Kutuh unit) USD 110 per person, 15 minutes, insurance and video included
Tandem paragliding Bali Paragliding Tours IDR 850,000–1,800,000 for 15–30 minutes, ages 5–60, max 110 kg
Parasailing tanjungbenoa.co.id online rate Rp 275,000 per person, about 6 minutes, valid to 31 Dec 2026
Parasailing Wira Water Sports IDR 315,000 online / Rp 1,200,000 walk-in, ages 8–70, max 150 kg
Helicopter Balicopter per-seat list 10 minutes from IDR 1,990,000; Nusa Penida 45 minutes IDR 8,990,000
Helicopter Fly Bali via Traveloka 10-15 Minutes Flying Tandem, prices confirmed only on a written quotation.
Seaplane Santai Seaplane charter South Bali–Gili, 30 minutes, USD 2,500 one-way plus airport fee and tax
Tethered balloon Tanah Gajah, Ubud Ride Only IDR 2,200,000++ for two, 7–10 minutes
Indoor skydiving iFly Bali, Trans Studio Mall Denpasar IDR 750,000 foreign visitor / IDR 400,000 WNI

Taxes, fuel surcharges, minimum-passenger rules and seasonal pricing can move the final quote. Seat, weight and age limits differ by operator and must be reconfirmed at booking.

Can Schedules and Availability Change Without Notice?

Yes — weather is the usual reason. Timbis paragliding runs roughly April–October; the Uluwatu cliff sites fly mainly November–March. A tethered balloon will not fly above 5 knots of wind or in rain, and the parasailing lagoon at Tanjung Benoa recedes after noon, which is why operators favour morning slots. Bali’s dry season runs roughly April–October, with the heaviest monsoon rain December–March. The pilot or operator on duty makes the final go/no-go call, not Bali Sky Adventure, and a cancelled slot follows that operator’s own weather policy.

What Regulatory Notes Appear Here, and Are They Legal Advice?

They are summaries of public information, not legal advice, and can go out of date. Perda Bali 5/2023 governs licensing for tourist paragliding operators; in August 2025, Badung authorities halted two unlicensed operators under it, according to NusaBali’s 7 August 2025 report. Perda Bali 9/2000 bans kite-flying within 9 km of Ngurah Rai airport — on 19 July 2024, helicopter PK-WSP crashed at Pecatu after a kite string entangled its rotor, injuring five people; we cite this as safety context, not a claim about any operator listed here. Foreign private-jet charters need diplomatic clearance, security clearance under Permenhan 3/2024, and flight approval under PM 35/2021. Confirm current rules with the relevant authority — do not treat this page as a compliance checklist.

Is Skydiving Available in Bali Right Now?

No licensed dropzone operates in Bali as of September 2026. Our skydiving page is a waiting-list form only: no jump date is set and no deposit is collected. Indoor wind-tunnel flying at iFly Bali, Trans Studio Mall Denpasar, is a separate, unrelated activity and is listed as such.

Does This Site Represent “Sky Dive Bali” or “Skydiving in Bali”?

No. Bali Sky Adventure is not affiliated with, does not operate, and does not sell on behalf of the external brands “Sky Dive Bali” or “Skydiving in Bali.” We also do not sell standalone parasailing bookings on this site — for parasailing alone, we point you to parasailingbali.com; any parasailing content here sits inside a multi-activity comparison, not a checkout.

What Risks Do You Accept?

  • Paragliding, parasailing, helicopter, seaplane, private-jet and tethered-balloon flights all carry inherent physical risk; the operator’s own waiver or release governs your participation, not a document from Bali Sky Adventure.
  • Age and weight limits are set by the operator and enforced at check-in — paragliding tandems commonly cap around 110 kg, parasailing 100–150 kg, and the Tanah Gajah balloon 150 kg for two adults.
  • Medical conditions, pregnancy or heart conditions can disqualify a passenger; disclose them before paying, not after.
  • Travel and activity insurance is your own responsibility; JHG does not sell insurance or handle claims.
  • Bali Sky Adventure is not a medical authority or a substitute for the operator’s pre-flight briefing.

How Does Booking Work Through the JHG Desk?

You send an inquiry by WhatsApp or email with the activity, date and group size. We match it to a vetted partner and relay their price, availability and terms. The partner confirms directly — that confirmation, plus their own cancellation and refund policy (Wira Water Sports, for instance, moves or refunds a booking cancelled for bad weather), governs your booking, not a JHG-issued contract. We do not process card payments here; payment instructions come from the confirming operator or the JHG desk’s own invoice, and we say which applies before you pay.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

For visitors in Indonesia, we process the name, contact details and booking preferences you share under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP): collection is limited to what your activity needs, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold. For visitors from the EU, UK or other GDPR-style jurisdictions, we recognise the same core rights — access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability — on request. Arranging a flight means sharing your name and number with an Indonesia-based operator; we share only what that operator needs to confirm your booking. Send data requests to bd@juaraholding.com.

No Guaranteed Outcomes, No Financial or Legal Advice

Bali Sky Adventure is not a licensed financial, legal, tax or aviation-compliance adviser, and nothing here should be read as such. We do not guarantee weather windows, view quality, photo results or any other flight outcome — conditions on the day decide, and the operator’s judgment is final.
