Bali Sky Adventure Terms of Service

6 min read · Updated 18 Sep 2026

Bali Sky Adventure arranges bookings between guests and independent, licensed aviation and watersports operators in Bali; it does not operate aircraft, boats, or balloons itself. These Terms of Service explain what the desk does, whose rules govern each activity, how quotes and cancellations work, and how your data is handled under Indonesian and international privacy law.

Who Operates Bali Sky Adventure?

Bali Sky Adventure (baliskyadventure.com) is run by Juara Holding Group, an independent booking and coordination desk established in 2015. As of September 2026 the desk holds no Air Operator Certificate (AOC), employs no pilots, and has no exclusive operator agreements with any paragliding school, helicopter charter, seaplane company, or balloon ride provider named on this site. Every flight, transfer, or aerial activity is carried out by a separately licensed operator that JHG arranges on your behalf.

Because JHG is a broker, not a carrier, using this site means you are entering into two separate relationships: one with JHG for the coordination service, and one with the operator for the activity itself.

Whose Terms Actually Govern Each Activity?

Each activity keeps its own operator rules on weight limits, age limits, cancellation windows, and weather policy. JHG passes these along at quotation time and cannot override them.

Activity Who sets the operating terms Typical limits (Sep 2026, operator-published)
Tandem paragliding (Timbis/Uluwatu) The paragliding school or BUMDA unit flying you Ages roughly 5-60, weight caps near 100-110 kg depending on operator
Parasailing (Tanjung Benoa) The watersports operator at the beach Ages roughly 7-70, weight caps 100-150 kg depending on operator
Helicopter tours/charter The helicopter operator and its heliport Seat and child-weight rules set per aircraft (minimum seat required for children over roughly 10 kg)
Seaplane flights/transfers The charter operator under its AOC partner Charter-only, availability confirmed per flight, route-specific fees
Tethered balloon (Ubud) The balloon operator at the launch site Minimum bookings, wind-speed cutoffs, age and weight caps apply
Private jet charter The FBO/operator handling the aircraft Clearances and approvals required for foreign non-scheduled flights
Skydiving No operating dropzone in Bali as of Sep 2026 Waiting list only, see below

If an operator’s published policy and anything on this site ever conflict, the operator’s own current terms control the activity.

How Does a Booking Work?

You send a request through WhatsApp or email, the desk checks availability and pricing with the relevant operator, and you receive a written quotation before anything is confirmed. A confirmed booking exists only once JHG or the operator sends you written confirmation. A quote request, an inquiry, or an unanswered message is not a booking.

Are the Prices on This Site Guaranteed?

No. Prices shown are operator-published figures or online rates current as of the date stated next to them, and they are subject to change without notice by the operator, currency movement, or seasonal demand. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Where a listed price is “from” a certain amount, such as a per-seat helicopter rate, the final amount depends on route, group size, and the specific package the operator confirms. Fuel surcharges, park or landing fees, and taxes charged by the operator are passed through as quoted.

Who Makes the Call on Weather and Safety?

The pilot, boat captain, or site safety officer on duty makes the final call on whether an activity runs, and that decision is final and non-negotiable. Paragliding, parasailing, helicopter flights, seaplane routes, and the Ubud balloon ride are all weather-dependent; wind, visibility, and sea conditions can ground or delay a scheduled activity at short notice. JHG communicates the operator’s weather policy, whether that means reschedule, refund, or credit, at the time of quotation, but the decision itself belongs to the operator on site, not to the desk.

What About the Skydiving Waiting List?

Skydiving has no licensed dropzone operating in Bali as of September 2026. Joining the Bali Sky Adventure skydiving waiting list:

  • Creates no booking, reservation, or date
  • Requires no deposit or payment
  • Does not obligate JHG or any operator to deliver the activity by any date
  • Only notifies you if and when a licensed provider becomes available

If you want an indoor skydiving simulation in the meantime, that is a separate activity offered by a different operator and is not covered by this waiting list.

What Fees Does the Desk Charge?

Where JHG applies a coordination or desk fee on top of the operator’s rate, that fee is disclosed in the written quotation before you confirm; it is never added silently after booking. If no separate fee is shown, the quoted price already reflects what you pay the operator through the desk.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation and refund terms are set by the operator handling your activity and are stated in your quotation or confirmation message. As a general pattern across operators referenced on this site, weather-related cancellations are commonly rescheduled or refunded at the operator’s discretion, while guest-initiated cancellations close to the activity date may carry a reduced or no refund depending on the operator’s own policy. Always check the specific cancellation window quoted to you before paying.

How Do We Handle Your Data?

JHG collects only what is needed to arrange your booking and processes it under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, UU No. 27/2022, and, for visitors from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, with GDPR principles in mind.

Data we collect Why Basis

Limitation of Liability

JHG is not the carrier, pilot, boat operator, or insurer for any activity booked through this site, and JHG does not guarantee that any activity will occur on a given date, at a given price, or without incident. To the extent permitted under Indonesian law, JHG’s liability is limited to the coordination service it provides. Liability for the activity itself, including injury, loss, delay, or property damage during the flight, tow, or ride, rests with the licensed operator carrying it out and, where applicable, that operator’s own insurance as disclosed to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute relating to the coordination service is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights you may hold under your home country’s law where mandatorily applicable.
